Water
The Henry Kroeger Regional Water Commission provides water to Acadia Valley via a pipeline from Hanna, while the Valley South Water Co-op provides water to approximately 30 rural residences within the M.D.
Electric
ATCO Electric is the electric system operator in the MD of Acadia. Their power lines stretch from Fort Chipewyan in the north all the way to Oyen in the south. Headquartered in Edmonton, thet have 38 offices throughout our service area.
Gas
Dry Country Gas Co-op, based in Oyen, provides safe and reliable natural gas service to the Municipal District of Acadia No. 34. As a member-owned cooperative, they offer installation, maintenance, and emergency support to homes, farms, and businesses throughout the region.
